Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be at 3 business days automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it this may be delayed the exact timing depends on your bank card and the credit card company's time to process refunds.

Fast return
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Saturnbirdcoffee as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15 Day Refund Guarantee from your purchase on your order. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@saturnbirdcoffee.com. We will help you process your return request within 24-48 hours of receiving the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Received the wrong or damaged product
If you received the wrong or damaged product, please email support@saturnbirdcoffee.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued.

Please ensure you reach out to us within 15 days of the tracking shows as delivered. After the 15th day, we will not be able to reship a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
